به دنبال برگزاری اولین همایش بین‌المللی امنیت انسانی در غرب آسیا در آذر 1387، دبیرخانه‌ی دائمی این همایش در دانشگاه بیرجند تشکیل شد. هم‌اکنون بعد از گذشت 6 سال از همایش اول، دومین همایش در 2 و 3 اردیبهشت 1394 برگزار خواهد شد. از کلیه‌ي صاحب‌نظران، پژوهشگران و علاقه‌مندان موضوع امنیت انسانی درخواست می‌شود با ارسال مقاله یا ارائه‌ی طرح برای برگزاری کارگاه در این همایش مشارکت نمایند.

The 2nd International Conference on Human Security in West Asia (ICHSWA)
Following the first International Conference on Human Security in West Asia (ICHSWA) in November 2008, the Permanent Secretariat of the Conference held at the University of Birjand, Iran.
